Dr. Rossi’s bio and c.v. can be found on the Provost’s website under “Finalists for the Dean of the School of Music” https://www.ithaca.edu/provost/ Dr. Rossi will make a public presentation on Monday, January 28th from 4-5 PM in Clark Lounge in the Campus Center. We encourage all members of the campus community to attend Dr. Rossi's presentation which will include ample time for Q&A. The presentation will be followed by an informal reception. Dr. Rossi is currently the Executive Associate Dean and Professor of Woodwinds at the Eastman School of Music. Previous academic leadership appointments include serving as Dean of the School of Music at the University of South Carolina (2000-05) and Assistant and Associate Dean of the Ithaca College School of Music (1989-2000). His educational background includes a Doctor of Musical Arts from Eastman School of Music, Master of Music from The University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Music from Ithaca College.
