Ithaca College

The eleventh annual Women in Leadership Experience takes place on Saturday, March 23 and is open to all Ithaca College students. This day-long retreat features a trip to the Women's Rights National Historic Park in Seneca Falls, NY.

The retreat offers a tradition of networking and focusing on engaging dialogue among the participants, exploring the perceptions of progress for women, including a look at challenges that different generations have faced. The theme for this year will be Addressing the Gender Pay Gap.

Lunch, transportation and all retreat materials are included. There is no fee for attendees. All participants must travel with the group and must attend the program in its entirety. The bus will leave Ithaca College at 9:00am and return to campus at 6:00pm on March 23. This retreat counts as three Leading in a Diverse World sessions in the Student Leadership Institute.
