Once again, members of the Ithaca College community are involved with a current Ithaca Shakespeare Company production. Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice is a complex view of lives in 16th century Venice, including romance, comedy, a dramatic courtroom scene, and religious prejudice. The following members of the IC community are participating: Cast members Sam Adrain (class of 2015), Kelly Fairbrother (class of 2015), Paul Hansom (faculty); lighting designer Kristof Janezic (class of 2013); and stage manager Michele Meyer (class of 2008). Opening night is Tuesday February 12th and will include a pre-show celebration of the Venetian Carnival. Performances continue through March 3rd.
