Effective January 27th, the United States Postal Service began providing free Delivery Confirmation on all Priority and Standard Post mail. 
Please contact me if you are a department that uses the Priority flat rate envelopes for shipping. I received a limited supply of the Delivery Confirmation numbers that I can provide to departments. You would place one part of the label above the address on your package and retain the smaller receipt portion for your records and tracking capabilities.

Again, due to the small initial quantity that I received, I only need to hear from departments using the Priority flat rate envelopes.

These labels are strictly for college business mail.  When you ship at the Phillips Hall Post Office, a unique tracking number is automatically generated by that computer system.
