IC Volunteers Encouraged to Apply for President's Volunteer Service Award!Contributed by Don Austin on 03/21/13 Don't miss the opportunity to receive national recognition for your volunteer efforts!
The Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs (OSEMA) would like to encourage individuals and student organizations to submit a nomination for The President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) this spring! The PVSA is a pretty big deal - it's among the highest levels of recognition that volunteers - both individuals and student organizations - can receive for their commitment to community involvement! Recipients receive an official certified letter of achievement, a congratulatory letter, and the official PVSA pin from the President of the United States. Applicants are encouraged to contact Don Austin at austin@ithaca.edu for more information on how to nominate themselves or a registered organization BEFORE APRIL 15, 2013.
Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Don Austin at austin@ithaca.edu. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible. |
