Every year, Modern Languages and Literatures hosts "Multicultural Voices." This celebratory event honors our outstanding seniors and gives all IC students an opportunity to express their passion for languages and cultures through various performances: songs, poetry readings, one-act plays, and/or other creative activities. Performances in English will be considered, provided that they are connected with a language offered by the DMLL. If you are interested in participating, please send an e-mail with your tentative contribution to the event (e.g. song, original poem, etc.), specifying the language, to the program organizers, Maria DiFrancesco (mdifrancesco@ithaca.edu) and James Pfrehm (jpfrehm@ithaca.edu). We will contact you soon after to speak with you about your performance and to schedule your order of appearance in the program. The program will be held in the Handwerker Gallery from 4:30-6:00pm on Monday, April 22nd. Free refreshments will be available! Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Tina Bennett (tbennett@ithaca.edu). Please make requests for accommodations as soon as possible. |
