Jorge Garcia Nunez is Curriculum Director for La Poderosa Media Project.  The project fosters youth empowerment, cultural empathy, and collaborative learning through visual arts programs in Latin America and the United States. It provides American college students with a high quality and affordable alternative to study and intern abroad. It brings together into productive dialogue culturally and linguistically diverse groups through the creation of short films and documentaries.
