We invite all faculty and staff to join alumni and other friends returning to campus for this year's Alumni Weekend celebration, October 11-13, 2013. We would again like to extend the offer for one complimentary ticket to each of the following events:

• Alumni Happy Hour and Senior Class Celebration - Friday, October 11
• Picnic on the Campus Center Quad - Saturday, October 12

We would also like to ask for your assistance as we put the finishing touches on the final schedule. If you are planning activities during the weekend, please notify Brenda Carlisle (bcarlisle@ithaca.edu or 274-1381) no later than Monday, April 1, so that we are able to include your event in Alumni Weekend 2013 and assist with logistics and communications support.

Having this information will help us effectively manage the planning process and ensure an exceptional guest experience. We are working to develop a schedule that minimizes conflicting event times, and we currently have a few open times available to accommodate other activities.
