Asma Barlas, professor and director of the Center for the Study of Culture, Race, and Ethnicity, was invited to give the third annual Piediscalzi Lecture at Wright State University in Ohio on April 3.  She spoke about the Qur'an, Shariah, and the rights of Muslim women.
