Intro to Sanskrit and Pali

Contributed by Kevin Walker on 04/16/13

Sanskrit and Pali are dominant languages in Buddhist texts

Stop by the Phillips Room in Muller Chapel on Thursday, April 18th at 7 pm to learn about the origins of Sanskrit, how Pali evolved from Sanskrit, and what they look like. This event is sponsored by the Ithaca College Buddhist Community and we are excited to have IC Professor Jason Freitag presenting for us. The event is free and open to all who are interested. There will be milk and cookies available while supplies last!

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Kevin Walker at (607) 237-7897 or kwalker3@ithaca.edu. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
