The Perfect Fit: Creative Solutions for Exercise at WorkContributed by Katie Sack on 04/16/13 Scheduling a full hour each day dedicated specifically to exercise can be a daunting task when balanced with other commitments to work, family, etc. Join us for "THE PERFECT FIT" an informative and interactive presentation on a variety of ways to achieve maximal health benefits in a minimal amount of time, with Sean Reilley, the Program Coordinator for Fitness and Fitness Center Management. Sean will review the daily exercise recommendations to achieve health benefits, and discuss a few simple tips and tricks to fit fitness into even the most hectic of schedules. WHEN: Friday, May 3, 2013 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm WHERE: Peggy Ryan Williams Center, Human Resources Conference Room (GL052) Bring your lunch and a friend!
