Ithaca Dining Services is hosting an Earth Week Celebration Sustainable Food Discussion and Demo. Monday April 22, from 2:30-4:00pm in the Food Lab at Terrace Dining Hall *a meal plan is not required to attend this event. * this is an SLI session *samples will be provided! Students will experience a healthy, local, and sustainable cooking demonstration with featured guests: Jeremiah Molina, Sodexo Executive Chef Julia Lapp, HSHP Professor & Registered Dietitian Stephanie Piech, IC Dining Sustainability Coordinator Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Stephanie Piech at spiech@ithaca.edu or (607) 274-3904.
