It has come to the attention of the staff in the Office of Residential Life that there is a lot of confusion about the schedule for residence halls closings and final exams.

All campus residents, except for graduating seniors, Resident Assistants, and Circles Apartment Residents are required to vacate their rooms no later than 3:00 pm on Saturday, May 11, 2013 unless they receive written approval from the Office of Residential Life to remain. For students with a final exam scheduled, or final papesr/projects due on Monday, May 13, 2013, the deadline to vacate their rooms will be Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at 3:00 pm. Students should notify their Resident Assistant or Community Assistant if they have a final exam/paper or project that is due on Monday, May 13, 2013.
