On Wednesday, April 17 at 8:00 pm there will be a student-run vigil held at the Textor Ball to show support for those in the Ithaca College community that were affected by Monday's tragedy. Two bombs were set off at the finish line for the Boston Marathon, killing three and injuring at least 140 more. This is a time for people to get together to show support for Bostonians and anyone affected by this tragedy. If you want to bring a candle, please do but they will not be supplied.

There will be the opportunity to talk about how this affected you and find a community of support if you are having a difficult time with this horrible event or just to show support from your fellow classmates from Boston.

Ithaca College is such a special place and it is in times like these that our community needs to take care of each other. We hope to see you there. Click here for more information.

This event is sponsored by FWD:Fun Without Drinking

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Maddy Clark at mclark4@ithaca.edu. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
