This is a general notification about the annual campus electrical shutdown on June 1, 2013 and August 10, 2013.

 

In order to perform required maintenance to the campus electrical system, it is necessary to expand the annual campus electrical shutdown to two separate dates. The two-day shutdown is standard for this annual event.

The shutdowns are scheduled for June 1, 2013 and August 10, 2013 from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. It is the advice of Information Technology Services that all computers and printers be unplugged before these interruptions.  Please communicate this to the appropriate personnel within your department.

As always, staff from the Office of Facilities will be present on campus during the shutdown and on call after these interruptions to ensure all systems resume their normal functions.
