If you are planning to work and live on campus this summer and are not registered in a Circle Apartment you must fill out the orange "Hold at Phillips Hall P.O." card and take it to the Registrar's office to receive mail on campus during the summer. This card is effective beginning Monday May 13 and ends on Friday August 16th. After August 16th mail is processed to the current on-campus, local or permanent address on file.

This card is available at the Phillips Hall Post Office, the Mail Center and Emerson Hall during check in. Fill it out now and be all set when May 14th rolls around.

When we do not see in our mail forwarding system to "Hold Mail at Phillips Hall," your mail is forwarded to your home address or it will be returned to the sender. This includes packages and letter mail.

We are looking up hundreds of pieces of mail each day and it is important to have this information in our system if you want to receive mail on campus.

You must pick up your mail at least once per week. We only hold mail for students working or attending classes on campus during the summer.
We only sort mail into mail boxes for Circle Apartment residents during the summer.

Have your mail addressed during the summer with the following format:

* Your Name
* Hold at Phillips Hall Post Office
* 953 Danby Rd
* Ithaca, NY 14850

During the summer, the Phillips Hall Post Office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Call 274-3371 with questions.
