Do you feel like you are in an eating rut? Believe it or not, healthy living and eating can become easier!

Try these simple tips to get started:

  • Make half your plate at each meal vegetables
  • Snacking is important, but limit mindless snacking
  • Listen to your body and eat when you are hungry
  • Do not drink your calories – cut out sugary beverages and limit alcohol
