The fixIT shop is taking the place of the Student Computer Repair Center; same idea, similar services but broader. The fixIT shop offers diagnostic, configuration and consulting services. The Apple and Dell certified technicians can do virus and spyware removal, operating system restore, data backup, application installs, clean the machine and fix broken hardware. The fixIT shop will also provide support for institutional iPads including inventory tracking services, configuration and management. The fixIT shop is located in Friends 110 and exclusively supports the Ithaca College community. The hours of operation are:

The fixIT shop, located in Friends 110, provides convenient on-campus computer support and service to students, faculty and staff for personal computers and college owned equipment like iPads. The fixIT shop's certified technicians can assist with a variety of problems on desktops, laptops, iPads and tablets.
