Mike Haaf (chemistry department) gave the keynote address at the end of a week long workshop designed to emphasize the intersections between chemistry and art.   

The workshop, sponsored by the national science foundation, took place in Bismarck, ND and was attended by teachers from all over the United States.  Prof. Haaf's talk was entitled "Collaborative Undergraduate Research Projects in a Chemistry and Art Course."
