 Rebecca Lesses, associate professor of Jewish Studies, has published an article on "Women and Gender in the Hekhalot Literature."

The article has been published in Hekhalot Literature in Context, edited by Ra'anan Boustan, Martha Himmelfarb, and Peter Schäfer (Tübingen: Mohr Siebeck, 2013). It was first given as a paper at a Princeton University conference on the same topic in November, 2010.
