Student Health 101

Contributed by Nancy Reynolds on 09/10/13

Are you eating enough fruits and vegetables?!

According to the American College Health Association's National College Health Assessment, only five percent of college students eat the recommended amount of fruits and vegetables each day (five or more servings). Eating plenty of these fiber- and nutrient-rich foods can boost your energy, concentration, and overall health.

Check out this month's issue of Student Health 101 for some examples of healthy foods to add to your diet!
