Dave Wimer ('99), an Ithaca College Psychology graduate, has been nominated for the annual Penn State University Undergraduate Teaching Award. It is a system-wide award for faculty who teach at the undergraduate level. 

This recognition honors faculty members who have devoted substantial effort to undergraduate teaching.

Since his graduation from Ithaca College, Dave Wimer completed his doctoral degree at the University of Akron. He now teaches in the Penn State university system.

He has co-authored 5 journal articles and three book chapters since leaving Ithaca. One of the journal articles involved research he completed while an undergraduate here.

The accompanying photographs show him making a presentation at the University of Scranton Psychology Conference and at a separate poster presentation with co-authors at that conference.
