If you have a dependent between the ages of 19 and 25 who is a full-time student but did NOT receive Dependent Tuition Remission or a Cash Award for the 2013-2014 academic year, please complete a Dependent/Contact Update Form and attach documentation that verifies this information (a printed schedule, tuition bill etc.). In order for your dependent to show as an eligible dependent during the re-enrollment process, full-time student status must be verified prior to October 25, 2013.
