When you begin planning your budget for 2014-2015 keep the following in mind.

If the rate case is approved, the postage increases that will take effect on January 26, 2014 will increase non-profit letter rates 5.9%, non-profit flat sized mail 9.7% and first class presorted mailings will increase 7.4% .   I would expect that there will be another increase in January 2015.

Look at your final postage expenditure from 2012-2013 and plan accordingly. 
New prices will be as follows;
First class letters - $.49
Postcards - $.34
International Letters - $1.15
Non-profit letters - .143 - .183 cents up from .135 - .170 cents
Pre-sorted first class letters - .381 - .435 cents up from .360 - .405 cents
