We are interested in learning about your perceptions of your work environment at Ithaca College.

Through work, it is common for individuals to find meaning and purpose. As occupational therapy graduate students, we are interested in your perceptions of your current work environment at Ithaca College.

You are invited to participate in a brief, anonymous online survey that is being conducted by graduate occupational therapy students at Ithaca College, supervised by Dr. Julie Dorsey. This 10-15 minute survey investigates employee perceptions of their current work environment and experiences on the Ithaca College campus. By completing this survey, you indicate that you are at least 18 years of age, and are a full or part time employee of Ithaca College (student employees are not eligible).

Please answer the questions to the best of your ability and feel free to stop the survey at any time. This survey has minimal associated risks.
