Ithaca College

IC Mock Trial competed along with 18 other teams this past weekend at the annual Colgate Classic, and Freshman Samantha Shaffer and Sophomore Nate Spilman won individual honors. 

Ithaca's A team went 4-4 in the competition, while Ithaca's B team finished 2-6. Shaffer, competing in her first away intercollegiate tournament, turned in a truely remarkable performance. She received perfect scores from the 8 judges she appeared before and bested over 100 other competitors to win the Best Attorney Award. Spilman finished 6th overall from among over 100 competitors in the best witness category.
