What does a cup on it’s side mean when at dinner?Contributed by Samantha Stafford on 11/07/13 If you place your cup on it’s side on top of the saucer, it means that instead of coffee, you would prefer tea, or another hot beverage. This turned coffee cup will alert the waiter to bring you an alternate beverage. Bet you didn’t know that! Whether you did or did not, you should still register to be a BOLD conference participant! The Business and Organizational Leadership Development (BOLD) conference will be held in Emerson Suites on Saturday, December 7th for students who are interested in applying their leadership skills in professional settings. |
