So how much did the College pay (on average) per covered employee in medical expenses for FY 2012/13?Contributed by Julie Tinkham on 11/07/13 If you were at the Annual Employee Benefits & Work/Life Fall Harvest Festival earlier this week, then you know we asked attendees to answer that exact question. The answer is $9,038. This includes the amount the college paid for administration of the plans, medical claims, pharmacy claims, and contributions they made to Health Savings Accounts. Our lucky winners are as follows with the 15 closest guesses.
