Please help us identify responsible and enthusiastic students who may need a push to recognize their leadership potential!

Ithaca College, the American Association of University Women (AAUW), and Running Start are sponsoring Elect Her – Campus Women Win at IC during the spring semester. The aim of this program is to encourage young women to run for student government on campus - and to run for political positions after graduation. On February 22, IC will host a 4.5 hour workshop to encourage leadership development and to motivate young women to run for SGA and other leadership roles. This program is open to all students.

To nominate students, email osema@ithaca.edu with the student(s) name and email addresses by November 22, 2013. Please include “Elect Her” in the subject line.

Nominated students will receive an email in early December notifying them that they have been nominated, and encouraging them to apply.
