Shakespeare: Re-Loaded

Contributed by Greg Bostwick on 12/15/13

Enjoy Shakespeare as you have never seen him before on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. in the Clark Theater of Dillingham Center.

The students of the Styles of Acting I class have re-imagined several Shakespeare scenes for the 21st century.

As You Like It in the woods behind Ardenne High School. Taming of the Shrew at a Manhattan Starbuck's. Comedy of Errors in an Amsterdam dance club.  Merry Wives of Windsor at your local library. Othello on the set of a TV talk show. Twelfth Night in a CIA interrogation room. The Winter's Tale a la Mad Men. All these and more, absolutely free of charge.

The program should last about 90 minutes.

We hope to see you for "Shakespeare Re-Loaded."
