Looking for a Leadership Position on campus? Join IC Project Generations!Contributed by Alexis Beebe on 01/13/14 Do you have a passion for working with older adults? Would you like to help Ithaca College's friendly visiting program as a member of the E-Board?
Project Generations (PG) is a service club dedicated to bridging the generation gap between college-aged individuals and older adults. Along with Cornell University, we match students with senior citizens in the Ithaca Community in order to form friendly relationships and foster a sense of compassion between the pair. In 2013, PG won the Outstanding Service Organization Award, the President's Volunteer Service Award, and Student Organization Program of the Year Award for our Senior Citizen Prom. This year we are excited to make our annual event event even better - and we are looking for a dedicated and organized Secretary!
