The Office of Employee & Organizational Development is pleased to once again offer Engaging Professionals at Ithaca College (EPIC), a competency-based certificate program for administrative office professionals. The program consists of eight, three-hour weekly sessions from February 19 - April 8, 2014. Each session is designed to provide individuals with highly engaging opportunities to increase core business knowledge and to develop critical professional skills. The program will build upon current knowledge and provide additional insight and perspective to help participants develop needed skills for continued success.
