Tompkins Trust Company is the founding company of Tompkins Financial Corporation, a $3.3 billion financial services holding company headquartered in Ithaca (with branches in western NY and the Hudson Valley).  They are recruiting for an IT Support Services Specialist. 

This position will act as a technical assistant to the Information Technology staff by: 

  • providing level 2 assistance in response to end user and IT staff needs, assist with hardware and software implementations and configurations on supported platforms
  • provide system or application configuration, integration, or recovery services in response to end user service interruptions

As part of the Information Technology department, this individual has responsibilities for all systems supported throughout the entire enterprise (all banks and businesses belonging to the holding company).
