A Toast to Raquib Zaman Comment from abarlas on 01/29/14
Dear Raquib,

I will be out of the country on March 5th and will miss your retirement-
-or, rather, rewiring!-- reception. I would, however, like to toast you in
this space for the years and years of support you've given to the Center
for the Study of Culture, Race, and Ethnicity, in different capacities and
for having been such a supportive friend to me. I appreciated your
candor, your willingness to speak up about difficult issues and also *to*
difficult people, and your advice and wisdom and guidance over these
many years.

Wishing you all the best in, and for, the future!

Appreciatively,
Asma
