IC Fit Kids!

Contributed by Judy Mauk on 01/29/14

It is recommended that your child gets one hour of physical activity per day. Whether your child is an athlete or not, IC Fit Kids can help.

  Mission Statement:

 ·        Provide a safe, educational and comprehensive training program specific to individual needs for children of all ability levels

·        Designed for the inactive to the athlete, ages 10-18

·        Programs specifically tailored to track and improve strength, speed, agility, power, movement quality, cardiovascular function and overall health, fitness and athleticism for an individual’s specific needs and goals

·        Programs are designed to develop quality, functional movement through periodization and coaching using safe and correct technique in all exercises. These programs are led by nationally certified fitness specialists, using fun, interactive methods.
