RSVP today to learn how to cook for your HEART! Believe me, your HEART will thank you! On February 14th, Sodexo's Executive Chef J.J. Molina will demonstrate how to cook a heart healthy meal option in Terrace Dining Hall's Food Lab!

Did you attend yesterday's workshop "Can We Talk: Things to Know about Your Heart" presented by Dr. Gary Sforzo? If so, you'll definitely want to attend this one to keep you on track for the Open Your HEART to Learning Challenge prize drawing!

  • Map Your HEART and Family History: Knowing your family's health history can help you avoid both heart disease and stoke. Start with your immediate family - find out if your brothers, sisters, parents or grandparents had heart disease, stokes, heart attacks, or any other major health issue.   • February 24th - Living a Heart Health Lifestyle - starting at 11:30am in Business 301 (Park Center). Gina Chapman for the American Heart Association will be offering tips on how you can become more heart healthy!
