Save a Child’s Heart (SACH) is an humanitarian organization based in Israel. It’s mission is “to improve the quality of pediatric cardiac care for children from developing countries who suffer from heart disease and to create centers of competence in these countries. SACH is totally dedicated to the idea that every child deserves the best medical treatment available, regardless of the child's nationality, religion, color, gender or financial situation.” SACH has brought 3,300 children from 48 countries to Israel for the pediatric cardiac care that they need. Hillel is counting on Ithaca College students to help save children in need of these surgeries. For just one of these children to be saved it costs approximately $10,000. Stop by the Give Your Heart Out l table and buy a candy-gram to send to a friend, significant other, or just to spread the love and brighten a stranger’s day. While you share the love on Ithaca’s campus, you will also be sharing the love with children who need it the most. Give your heart out to save a child’s heart!
