Career Services offers some really great sessions to help students get where they want to go in the world of career planning. Whether you want to work on your networking skills or want to find a way to become known to potential employers, Career Services will have something for you. And the best part is: you can also get SLI Credit for them!

All you have to do it to log onto OrgSync to find upcoming events brought to you by Career Services. Most of their events are in the Leading Self track.  Now this is where it gets tricky: these events will show as not open for RSVPs. Don’t let that deter you, as when you click on the event, you will be given instructions on how to actually register for the session. Career Services does it through eRecruiting. If you don’t want to go to OrgSync to check out what Career Services has to offer, you can log onto eRecruiting with these simple instructions:

1. Go to eRecruiting: http://ithaca.experience.co m/er/security/login.jsp
2. To log in, your user name is your complete IC e-mail address and your password is your student ID number.
3.Scroll down to the Upcoming Events box on the left and click on the session you wish to attend. (If the session you want doesnt appear, click on “Search Events” then select Workshops in the first drop down bar. Click on the workshop you wish to attend.)
4. Click the Signup button.

We work with Career Services, so we will get information on who attended, and we will distribute the SLI Credit accordingly. We wish you the best of luck in your leadership development and your career building endeavors!
