I have been asked by a number of people how we will fill the position of Associate Vice President for Information Technology Services following the recent retirement of Ed Fuller.  Per our usual policy, we will conduct a national search for this position, assisted by a nationally recognized search firm (to be identified).  The search is expected to continue through the summer of 2014 with the goal of having a candidate selected by August of 2014.  Dean Karl Paulnack has agreed to chair the campus search committee, and the remainder of the committee will be selected from members of the faculty and staff in the near future.  The leadership team within ITS will report directly to me until the new AVP is in place.
