Created by Rachel Ferro, a documentary studies and production major at Ithaca College, "Tell Me the Day Backwards" is a feature-length film that discusses occupational therapy and massage, alternative therapies, similarities between birth and death, unique perspectives about the meaning of a full life, and the miraculous strength of the human spirit. In "Tell Me the Day Backwards", Ferro tells the story of a young girl and her family and their journey with Tay-Sachs disease, a genetic disorder that results in progressive neurological impairments.
