We are nearing the end of our February is Heart Month campaign and the deadline for our heart healthy challenge submissions.

I HEART Red Photo Contest: All "wear red" photos need to be submitted to allie.ic.hr@gmail.com by February 28th. 

Map Your HEART and Family History: Please submit your "I Mapped My Heart & Family History" Submission form by February 28th to the Office of Human Resources or online at: https://www.ithaca.edu/hr/benefits/wrklife/go_red.

Open Your HEART to Learning: Our last heart healthy workshop, Living a Heart Healthy Lifestyle, will be held on February 24 at 11:30am in Business 301 (Park Center). RSVP to benefits@ithaca.edu or just drop in!
