 Dr. Janet Galván presented a session to a standing-room only crowd at the Eastern Division Conference of the American Choral Directors Association in Baltimore, Maryland on February 13.

 Her session entitled "If the body goes, the voice follows" demonstrated the use of movement in the choral rehearsal.  Dr. Galván wrote a chapter on this topic in "The School Choral Program:  Philosophy, Planning, Organizing, and Teaching edited by Michele Holt and James Jordan.
