Brian DeMaris, assistant professor of performance studies and director of Opera and Musical Theatre at Ithaca College, will be featured on the Out of Bounds radio show with Tish Pearlman during spring break.  

Broadcast dates include:

A graduate in music from the New England Conservatory, DeMaris also serves as Musical Director at Mill City Summer Opera in Minneapolis and is on the faculty of the Aspen Music Festival. He has performed in many venues, including The New York City Opera, Florida Grand Opera, Glimmerglass, and The Syracuse Opera. DeMaris teaches master classes and is also a composer; his art songs have been performed throughout the United States.

Founded by acclaimed poet, writer, broadcast journalist and political activist Tish Pearlman, Out of Bounds features intimate 30-minute interviews with visionaries: people living, working, and thinking outside the mainstream.
