The Ithaca College Buddhist Community will host a mini-retreat in the sanctuary of Muller Chapel from 9 am-noon on Saturday March 22nd. Activities will include: sitting meditation, walking meditation, a sutta recitation (in English), and mindful eating to wrap things up. We hope to see you Saturday!
