Ithaca College

Dr. Janet Galván was a headliner at the American Choral Directors Association Central Division Conference in Cincinnati, Ohio in February.  She conducted the middle school girls honor choir.

Dr. Galván also recently took the Ithaca College Choir on tour in the northeast, performing concerts and leading workshops with high school students in Danbury, CT, Boston, MA, Newton, NJ, and New York City.  The tour was called "Ithaca, My Ithaca" and featured a variety of works from an opera chorus by Verdi to a folk song from Haiti.
