Free Personal Training - A Mind, Body, Me Program Feature!Contributed by Katie Sack on 05/02/14
Personal Training offers a variety of services consisting of cardiovascular and strength training that will help increase your overall health and fitness. Your trainer can help you learn fun and safe techniques to incorporate into your own exercise routine or personalize a workout plan that will help you reach your fitness goals. All Personal Trainers are either graduate students in the School of Health Sciences and Human Performance, or are certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Trainers are available to work with you one-on-one, with a buddy, or in a group setting. Once you become a member of Mind, Body, Me, you can choose to participate in Personal Training and will be assigned a Personal Trainer. Together, with your trainer, you can set up an exercise routine that fits into your work schedule. To learn more about Personal Training at the Fitness Center, please click here.
