In February, Associate Professor of Music Nicholas Walker lead a Professional Development Workshop at Westport School District in Connecticut.Contributed by Kim Dunnick on 04/08/14
The interactive workshop involved 25 music educators from the district, and was followed by a double bass masterclass with public school children ranging in age and experience. Walker also performed several pieces for the teachers, students, and community members in attendance, including his own composition, Chorale (2012). |
