Looking to Win a Wellness Prize? Then Spring Into Mind, Body, Me!

Spring is here and we want to see how you enjoy the warmer weather!

Mind, Body, Me is ringing in Spring with a Spring Activity Photo Contest via our Facebook page. All faculty and staff are welcome to participate, even if you are not a member of the wellness program.

The contest is simple: 

  1. "Like" our page: https://www.facebook.com/MindBodyMeIthacaCollege.
  2. Post your favorite Spring activity photo(s) to our page during the month of April.
  3. The photo with the most likes on April 30th will win a prize!

So, start snapping pictures today and share your favorite Spring activity!
