Did you know you can use feelings of good-will as a meditation object? Want to learn more? On Wednesday 4/16 from 5-6 pm, the Ithaca College Buddhist Community will host a meditation period. We will start by doing some concentration meditation on the breath and then learn a little about Metta meditation, or good-will/lovingkindness meditation. Meditators of all levels are welcome. The meditation period is free of charge and open to all who are interested.
