We always have a choice to resist change or embrace it. This workshop will visit ways to navigate transition in a more productive manner. Together we will explore our experiences with changing circumstances, how it impacts us and avenues for moving through it. Learn simple mind management tools for expanding your thinking and meeting goals in spite of changing circumstances.
